REFUND POLICY:

TTDA is grateful for your support of our mission and your donation is greatly appreciated. Our budget and financial health is reliant on accepting and accounting for irrevocable donations from the public. Therefore, we consider all donations to be non refundable.

However, TTDA may consider returning donations to a donor in limited circumstances. If you have made an error in making your donation or changed your mind about contributing to our organization, please contact us via email.  TTDA will only give consideration to your request depending on the circumstances. The request must be made within sixty (60) days of the original donation. Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Recurring Donation Change or Stop:

To change or stop your monthly recurring donation, please contact treasurer@trailtowndevelopment.org at least 10 days prior to the date you plan to make the change.
